Job Description (2 lines): The Safety Equipment Technician will inspect, test, and maintain gas detection and breathing apparatus equipment to ensure operational safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and calibrate gas detectors and SCBA equipment
Perform routine inspections and functional testing
Maintain service records and certification logs
Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
Qualification:
Diploma / Technical Certification in Safety or related field
Experience:
Relevant hands-on experience in safety equipment maintenance
Skills & Requirements:
Certified and experienced in gas detectors and SCBA
Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
Attention to detail and documentation skills
