Location: Shaza Hotel, Al Asmakh Street, Near Souq Waqif, R40, Doha – Qatar
Job Description:
Chefs and cooks of all levels are required to prepare high-quality meals in both hot and cold sections of the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety protocols are followed.
- Assist in menu planning and inventory management.
- Manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certification in culinary arts or relevant experience.
- Proven experience in kitchen operations (hot/cold sections).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
- Team player with leadership qualities for senior roles.
General Requirements:
- Candidates must have a valid NOC and be locally available in Qatar.
- Visa transferable candidates are encouraged to attend.
