Job Description:
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding market presence for corporate and institutional uniform solutions.
Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales
Identify and secure new corporate, industrial, and institutional clients
Manage client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
Bachelorβs Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
MBA or professional sales training is an added advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven expertise in business development and client acquisition
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Knowledge of uniforms, garments, or manufacturing industry preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or sales
Experience in uniforms, garments, textiles, or manufacturing sector preferred
