Business Development / Sales & Marketing (Manpower Supply Division)
Job Description (2 Lines):
Supports business growth by generating leads, managing client relationships, and assisting in manpower supply contracts. Works closely with senior management to expand the company’s client base in Qatar.
Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
Maintain strong customer relationships and client databases
Assist in proposal preparation and contract follow-ups
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Support business development campaigns
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience
Mandatory experience with a Manpower Supply Company
Strong existing contacts with Oil & Gas and Construction Companies in Qatar
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent client relationship management abilities
Knowledge of manpower supply contracts and pricing
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Good presentation and reporting skills
Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
