Business Development / Sales & Marketing (Manpower Supply Division)
Job Description (2 Lines):
Responsible for developing new business opportunities for manpower supply services by building strong relationships with Oil & Gas and Construction companies. Leads strategic planning, contract negotiations, and client acquisition activities.
Identify and secure new clients for manpower supply services
Maintain and expand relationships with Oil & Gas and Construction companies
Lead tendering, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth
Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience
Mandatory experience with a Manpower Supply Company
Strong existing contacts with Oil & Gas and Construction Companies in Qatar
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent client relationship management abilities
Knowledge of manpower supply contracts and pricing
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Good presentation and reporting skills
Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
