Job Description (2 Lines):
Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling turnaround and shutdown activities to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective execution of projects. Works closely with O&M, engineering, and execution teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed turnaround and shutdown plans and schedules
Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements
Monitor progress and ensure milestones are achieved
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
Prepare reports and documentation related to turnaround execution
Qualification:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
Experience:
5–7 years dedicated experience in turnaround/shutdown planning
Overall O&M exposure is highly preferred
Skills Required:
Strong planning and scheduling expertise
Knowledge of turnaround methodologies and best practices
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent coordination and analytical skills
