Operations & Maintenance (O&M) / Turnaround & Shutdown Projects
Job Description (2 Lines):
Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operation and maintenance activities, ensuring plant reliability, safety, and compliance with operational standards. Leads O&M teams and coordinates preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall O&M activities for industrial facilities and projects
Ensure smooth plant operations and minimize downtime
Supervise maintenance teams and contractors
Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and company procedures
Coordinate with planning and turnaround teams during shutdowns
Qualification:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
Experience:
10–15 years total experience in Operations & Maintenance
Strong exposure to industrial or oil & gas environments
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Sound knowledge of plant operations and maintenance systems
Excellent coordination and reporting abilities
Knowledge of turnaround and shutdown processes
