Quantity Surveyors – 2 Nos

Department: Commercial / Quantity Surveying

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors to manage cost control, measurements, and project commercial activities.

Job Description (2 Lines – Mandatory):

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project valuations.
• Monitor project costs and support billing and variations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review BOQs and cost estimates
• Measure works and prepare interim payment applications
• Handle variations and cost control
• Coordinate with site and procurement teams
• Prepare commercial reports

Qualification:

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering

Experience Required:

🧾 Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects
🧾 Qatar/GCC experience preferred

Skills Required:

✔ Cost estimation and budgeting skills
✔ Knowledge of construction contracts
✔ Strong analytical skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software
