Department: Food & Beverage Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations while ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Job Description (2 Lines – Mandatory):

• Supervise daily food and beverage service operations and staff performance.
• Ensure service quality, hygiene standards, and customer satisfaction are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise F&B service staff and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Handle guest feedback and service recovery
• Coordinate with kitchen and front office teams
• Maintain inventory and service reports

Qualification:

🎓 Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or related field

Experience Required:

🧾 Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations (hotel background preferred)

Skills Required:
