Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Department Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service.

Job Description (2 Lines – Mandatory):

• Supervise daily retail operations and staff performance within the department store.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, stock control, and sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise store staff and daily operations
• Ensure proper stock availability and display
• Handle customer issues and staff coordination
• Maintain sales records and inventory control
• Ensure compliance with company policies

Qualification:

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Retail Management or related field

Experience Required:

🧾 Minimum 5 years GCC experience in department store supervision

Skills Required:
