We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager with strong FMCG experience to drive sales growth and manage sales operations across Qatar.
• Lead FMCG sales operations, develop market strategies, and achieve revenue targets.
• Manage sales teams and expand distribution channels across Qatar.
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Manage and supervise sales teams
• Identify new markets and distribution opportunities
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
• Maintain relationships with key clients and distributors
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
🧾 Minimum 5 years FMCG experience
🧾 Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory
✔ Strong leadership and negotiation skills
✔ FMCG market knowledge in Qatar
✔ Strategic planning and forecasting
✔ Excellent communication skills
