Job Description:
Managers will oversee operations in their respective domains – Camps, Catering, and Maintenance, ensuring smooth functionality, service quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Camp Managers: Supervise all camp operations, including housing, security, and amenities.
- Catering Managers: Plan menus, manage catering services, and ensure food safety.
- Maintenance Managers: Oversee maintenance staff and ensure proper functionality of all facilities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in management or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the specific domain.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety standards and protocols.
General Requirements:
- Candidates must have a valid NOC and be locally available in Qatar.
- Visa transferable candidates are encouraged to attend.
