Department: BIM / Design & Engineering
Responsible for creating accurate Architectural or MEP BIM models using project drawings and specifications while ensuring coordination and clash-free designs. Supports project teams by delivering BIM outputs as per approved standards and timelines.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
Proficiency in Revit (Architecture / MEP)
Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, and clash detection
Ability to read IFC drawings and specifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM modelling experience
GCC / Qatar project experience preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Must be available for immediate joining
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Experience in Qatar / GCC projects is an advantage
