Job Description:
The Commercial Manager will oversee contractual, financial, and commercial aspects of projects to ensure profitability and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage contracts, claims, and variations
Prepare cost reports, budgets, and forecasts
Negotiate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with contractual terms
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Finance
Experience:
Minimum 8–12 years of commercial management experience
Skills Required:
Strong contract administration and negotiation skills
Excellent financial and analytical abilities
