Job Description:
The Program Officer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering tourism and event programs while managing travel, visa services, and operational records. The role requires strong organizational skills, accountability, and hands-on experience within Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute tourism and event programs
Manage event delivery timelines, logistics, and vendor coordination
Handle visas, travel arrangements, and related documentation
Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar regulations
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional certifications in tourism or events management are an advantage
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Qatar
Hands-on experience in tourism operations, event planning & delivery
Experience in visas and travel services is mandatory
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Strong organizational and documentation skills
High level of accountability and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
