Job Description:
A leading manufacturing company in Qatar is seeking an experienced Male Production Supervisor with a strong background in the sheet metal industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience, managing production teams, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise daily production operations in the sheet metal division.
- Ensure that production schedules are followed and meet the company’s quality standards.
- Monitor the performance of production staff and provide necessary training and guidance.
- Ensure that all safety and regulatory requirements are adhered to on the production floor.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective measures to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Prepare production reports and documentation for management review.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the sheet metal manufacturing industry.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills in a production environment.
- Transferable visa is mandatory.
- Qatar Driving License is an added advantage.
