Job Description:
The Travel Consultant will be responsible for handling airline ticketing, reservations, and customer travel requirements while providing excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication skills and hands-on experience in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle air ticket bookings, reissues, cancellations, and refunds
Manage domestic and international travel reservations
Provide professional travel advice and solutions to customers
Ensure accurate fare calculation and ticket issuance
Maintain customer records and follow up on travel requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or any relevant field
IATA certification is an added advantage
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Travel / Tourism industry
Proven experience in Ticketing and Reservations
Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic is a plus)
Strong customer service orientation
Good knowledge of airline reservation systems (GDS experience preferred)
Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
Well-organized with attention to detail
