Job Description:
The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as the key point of contact between clients and the company. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and follow-ups professionally
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships
Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams for client support
Maintain accurate customer records and service reports
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
Customer service or relationship management training is an advantage
Proven experience in Customer Relationship / Customer Service
Experience in an IT company or service-based environment is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
Ability to build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
Professional attitude with attention to detail
Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory)
