• Plan, manage, and oversee production activities for design & build projects, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth execution from concept to completion.
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years experience in Design & Build / Fit-Out / Construction projects, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of design & build project workflows
• Excellent leadership, planning, and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and production schedules
• Strong coordination with consultants, suppliers, and contractors
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Monitor production timelines and budgets
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications
• Optimize resources and manpower planning
• Coordinate procurement and material delivery
• Report project progress to senior management
