Job Description:
We are seeking a Telecom Technical Support Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the telecom field. The role involves providing technical support for telecom systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of telecom services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for telecom systems and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecom equipment and networks.
• Assist in the installation and configuration of telecom systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve complex problems.
• Maintain accurate records of support activities and technical issues.
• Prepare and deliver technical reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Graduate in Telecommunications or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecom technical support.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
• Visa & NOC required.
• English proficiency is mandatory; Arabic is preferred.
