Job Description:
We are seeking a Telecom Technical Support Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the telecom field. The role involves providing technical support for telecom systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of telecom services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for telecom systems and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecom equipment and networks.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of telecom systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve complex problems.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and technical issues.
- Prepare and deliver technical reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Graduate in Telecommunications or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecom technical support.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
- Visa & NOC required.
- English proficiency is mandatory; Arabic is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
