Job Description:
• Develop accurate BIM models for Architectural and MEP disciplines in line with project standards.
• Coordinate models to detect clashes and support construction and shop drawing requirements.
Qualification:
• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years experience as a BIM Modeler (ARCH/MEP).
Skills Required:
• Proficiency in Revit (Architecture & MEP)
• Knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and workflows
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
