• Manage and coordinate MEP & Electrical works for interior fit-out projects from execution to completion.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or MEP Engineering.
• Minimum 3–6 years experience in Interior Fit-Out projects involving MEP & Electrical works.
• Gulf experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP & Electrical systems in interior fit-out projects
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, layouts, and specifications
• Coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
• Knowledge of material submittals, inspections, and snag clearance
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Site supervision and coordination of MEP & Electrical activities
• Ensure work execution as per project schedule
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with stakeholders
• Maintain quality control and safety compliance
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities
