β’ Provide full administrative and secretarial support to senior management, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
β’ Handle professional correspondence, minute-taking during meetings, call management, appointment scheduling, travel & flight bookings, and internal coordination.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
β’ 5β6 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary or Administrative Secretary, preferably supporting senior management.
β’ Excellent command of spoken and written English
β’ High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office systems
β’ Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
β’ Ability to prepare reports, minutes of meetings, and official documents
β’ Strong coordination and time management abilities
