EMCO Qatar, a reputed and well-established Facilities Management company in Qatar, is seeking a highly experienced Civil Engineer to join its professional team. The role involves managing fit-out, refurbishment, and maintenance projects across multiple sectors.
The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising interior fit-out and refurbishment projects within Facilities Management operations. The role requires strong technical expertise, project coordination skills, and strict adherence to QHSE standards.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
Strong knowledge of Facilities Management, Fit-Out, and Refurbishment Projects
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multi-discipline teams (Civil, MEP, Vendors, Contractors)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project (MSP) / Primavera P6, and MS Office Packages
Strong understanding of QHSE policies and compliance
Minimum 10+ years of experience
Proven background in Facilities Management, Interior Fit-Out, and Refurbishment Projects
Experience handling projects in Oil & Gas, Residential, and Commercial sectors
Manage multi-scale interior fit-out and refurbishment projects from planning to completion
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline
Enforce strict compliance with QHSE standards and company policies
Prepare project schedules, reports, and technical documentation
