The QA/QC Engineer will be responsible for implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures for infrastructure and foul sewer network projects. The role ensures compliance with project specifications, Ashghal standards, and approved quality plans.
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering – Mandatory
UPDA Certification – Mandatory
Additional QA/QC certifications are an advantage
Minimum 10 years of total experience
At least 7 years experience in infrastructure and foul sewer network projects
Prior experience in Ashghal projects is highly preferred
Experience in Qatar/GCC infrastructure projects is an advantage
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection, and documentation
Experience in ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, and corrective actions
Familiarity with Ashghal specifications and standards
Knowledge of material approvals, method statements, and test reports
Ability to coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams
Implement and monitor QA/QC systems in accordance with project requirements
Conduct inspections and ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications
Prepare and review quality documentation and reports
Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors to resolve quality issues
Ensure compliance with Ashghal and project quality standards
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Strong coordination with multiple project stakeholders
