Job Description:
A leading company in Qatar is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to manage villa, apartment, commercial, and residential projects from the foundation to the finishing stage. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in overseeing project timelines, managing construction teams, and ensuring project quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of construction projects including villas, apartments, and commercial and residential buildings.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Manage on-site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Supervise site workers and subcontractors, and resolve any on-site issues that may arise.
- Prepare reports, project updates, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Experience working on villas, apartments, and commercial and residential projects.
- UPDA Grade C or B certification is mandatory.
- Qatar Driving License required.
- NOC for local candidates is a must.
