The Office Administrator will manage day-to-day office operations, documentation, and coordination to ensure smooth business functioning. The role supports management by handling administrative tasks and maintaining effective communication.
Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone communications.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
Support management with scheduling and coordination.
Prepare basic reports and documents using MS Office tools.
Ensure a professional and organized office environment.
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in office administration preferred
Fresh candidates with strong administrative skills may apply
Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Strong organizational & time management skills
Professional attitude and attention to detail
