Position Overview (2-Line Job Description):

The Counter Salesperson will handle walk-in customers, identify spare part requirements, and process sales for heavy vehicle parts. The role focuses on customer service, product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Attend customers at the sales counter and understand their spare parts requirements.

  2. Identify and recommend correct heavy vehicle spare parts.

  3. Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales records.

  4. Maintain product knowledge and stock awareness.

  5. Coordinate with store and procurement teams.

  6. Ensure excellent customer service and repeat business.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Diploma / High School Certificate (preferred)

  • Technical knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts is an advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in heavy vehicle spare parts sales

  • Qatar experience is an advantage

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts

  • Good communication & customer handling skills

  • Sales and negotiation skills

  • Basic computer and billing knowledge

  • Ability to work under pressure

Nationality Preference:

  • Indian / Nepalese candidates preferred
