Position Overview (2-Line Job Description):
The Workshop Supervisor will oversee daily workshop operations, manage technicians, and ensure quality automotive repairs. The role includes planning jobs, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring timely service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Supervise workshop staff and daily activities
Monitor job progress and quality control
Coordinate with customers and management
Ensure safety and operational efficiency
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma / Technical certification preferred
Minimum 2+ years workshop supervision experience
Skills:
Leadership & team management
Workshop operations & scheduling
Customer coordination
Minimum 2 years relevant experience (mandatory)
Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Immediate availability preferred
