The Marketing Officer will actively promote the company brand through field marketing activities and direct customer engagement. The role focuses on generating leads, building brand awareness, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promote company products and brand through field marketing activities.

  2. Engage with customers, explain services, and generate business leads.

  3. Support sales and marketing campaigns on the ground.

  4. Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.

  5. Collect market feedback and report to management.

  6. Achieve assigned marketing and sales targets.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in field marketing or sales preferred

  • Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

  • Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality

  • Customer handling and persuasion skills

  • Ability to work independently in the field
