Job Description (2 Lines):
Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and technical submissions for large-scale building projects. Will independently handle tender pricing, BOQs, and coordination with engineering teams.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying
Experience:
8 to 10 years proven experience in estimation for large building projects
Key Skills:
Quantity take-off & BOQ preparation
Cost estimation & tender analysis
Technical proposal preparation
Strong knowledge of construction materials & methods
Ability to work independently under deadlines
