Job Description:
A leading IT company in Qatar is looking for a qualified Office Admin to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring smooth administrative support. Preference will be given to female candidates with a transferable visa.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure the workplace runs efficiently.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, answering phone calls, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Manage correspondence and communications, both internal and external.
  • Support the management team with any administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
