📝 Job Description (2 Lines)

The Estimation Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tenders for mechanical projects. The role involves analyzing drawings, specifications, and coordinating with project and procurement teams to ensure competitive and compliant submissions.

🎓 Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • UPDA certification is an added advantage

💼 Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in Qatar or GCC projects preferred

  • Strong background in MEP / Mechanical estimation

🛠 Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in cost estimation & BOQ preparation

  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings & specifications

  • Knowledge of tendering procedures and vendor evaluation

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Familiarity with Excel, estimation software, and MS Office

📌 Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical works

  • Analyze project drawings, specifications, and scope of work

  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing
