A well-established Glass & Aluminium Contracting Company in Qatar is looking to hire a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to support its ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
Responsible for managing construction project costs, budgets, and contracts from project inception to completion. Prepare accurate tenders, Bills of Quantities, and cost estimates based on drawings and specifications.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management
Professional certification will be an added advantage
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator
Proven experience in Glass & Aluminium / Façade works is highly preferred
Experience in Qatar construction projects is an advantage
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and tendering
Ability to prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
Ability to analyze drawings, specifications, and contracts
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
