Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates for both IT and non-IT roles. The role requires proficiency in navigating job portals and social media platforms to identify top talent and build a strong candidate network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and interview candidates for IT and non-IT roles.
• Effectively navigate job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates through social media and professional connections.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure an efficient hiring process.
• Manage and update the recruitment database.
• Ensure smooth candidate onboarding and follow-up processes.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in sourcing and interviewing candidates.
• Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media for candidate sourcing.
• Strong experience in network building and talent acquisition.
• Prior experience handling both IT & non-IT recruitment requirements is a must.
• Must possess a transferable visa.
