The Quantity Surveyor will manage cost planning, BOQs, variations, and project valuations for major infrastructure projects. The role requires close coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors in Ashghal projects.
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
Grade A certification is mandatory
Minimum 8–12 years of experience
Proven consultancy and Ashghal project experience
Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost control, and contracts
Experience in final accounts and variation management
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Familiar with Qatar construction standards
Consultancy & Ashghal experience is mandatory
Candidates available in Qatar will be preferred
Immediate or short-notice availability is an advantage
Relevant certifications and documents must be provided
