A reputable Construction and Fit-Out Company in Qatar is seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals for the following positions. Candidates must have proven experience in large-scale construction and fit-out projects.
Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for construction and government projects.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure competitive and compliant pricing.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Quantity Surveying or related discipline)
Minimum 5+ years of total experience
At least 3+ years of experience in preparing quotations for Government Projects
UPDA Certification – Mandatory
Strong knowledge of estimation, cost control, and tendering procedures
Experience in large-scale construction and fit-out projects
Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software
Good analytical and communication skills
Proven experience in large-scale construction & fit-out projects
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong coordination and communication skills
Locally available candidates preferred
