Sales Executive
The Sales Executive will be responsible for converting inbound digital marketing leads into long-term clients while maintaining strong customer relationships. The role focuses on client communication, sales closure, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Convert qualified digital marketing leads into paying clients.
Communicate with potential customers via calls, emails, and online meetings.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain proper records of sales activities and client interactions.
Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams for smooth onboarding.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Additional certification in Sales or Digital Marketing will be an advantage.
Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in Sales, preferably in IT or Digital Marketing services.
Experience in handling inbound leads and client conversion is mandatory.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Lead conversion and closing abilities
Client relationship management
Basic understanding of digital marketing services
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Excellent follow-up and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus
