Lead sales activities for steel fabrication projects, including client coordination, technical proposals, and commercial negotiations. Handle project estimation, tender pricing, and support business growth across industrial and construction sectors.

B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
Minimum 12+ years of proven experience in the steel fabrication industry
Strong background in sales, estimation, and tendering
In-depth knowledge of steel structures, fabrication processes, and costing
Strong estimation, BOQ preparation, and pricing skills
Excellent client handling, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams
Valid Qatar Driving License – Mandatory
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
