The Assistant HR Manager will oversee core HR operations, policies, and people management while supporting multi-division HR strategies across the Group.
Qualification:
MBA in Human Resources – Mandatory
Experience:
8–10 years of functional HR experience
Experience in Group of Companies preferred
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong command over core HR functions (Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management)
Ability to manage multi-outlet & multi-division operations
Excellent communication and people management skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
