• Diploma / Technical Certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of Gulf experience
• Strong hands-on experience with motors and pumps
• Excellent site supervision and coordination skills
• Strong troubleshooting knowledge in electrical & mechanical systems
• Ability to read drawings and manage daily work schedules
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Transferable Visa / NOC preferred
• Valid Driving License preferred
