Manage day-to-day operations of a Lebanese restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene. Lead and motivate staff while controlling costs, improving customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets.
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (Preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Lebanese cuisine restaurant operations
• Proven experience in staff supervision, cost control, and customer service
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and restaurant operations
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
