• Diploma / Technical Certification in Mechanical / Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural steel supervision
• Strong ability to read shop drawings and erection plans
• Knowledge of welding, bolting, and inspection procedures
• Good coordination and site management skills
