• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Facilities Management (Preferred)
• Minimum 5 years local Qatar experience in facility or maintenance management
• Strong leadership and operational management skills
• Good knowledge of FM systems, maintenance planning, and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications
• Excellent English communication and coordination skills
• Valid NOC / Transferable visa required
