Responsible for reviewing technical specifications and project requirements to identify procurement needs, prepare RFQs, POs, and agreements. Coordinate closely with project, logistics, and vendor teams to ensure timely and cost-effective supply.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in lighting industry
• Experience in procurement, vendor coordination, and logistics support
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent vendor and supplier management abilities
• Knowledge of procurement documentation (RFQ, PO, contracts)
• Ability to coordinate with internal project and logistics teams
• Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
• Preferred: Female candidate
• Immediate availability is an advantage
