Lead architectural design from concept to construction for infrastructure and utility projects while ensuring compliance with QCS and Civil Defense regulations. The role includes supervising site works, reviewing drawings, and managing the design team.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 15+ years of GCC experience
• Proven experience in infrastructure & utility projects
• Site supervision, ID & Fit-Out experience is an added advantage
• Expert knowledge of Qatar Construction Standards (QCS)
• Strong understanding of Civil Defense regulations
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D Modeling tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to review drawings, specifications, and coordinate with stakeholders
• MME License – Grade A (Mandatory)
• Must be available in Qatar
• Transferable visa / NOC required
