Job Overview:

Coastal Decor, a leading company in the interior finishes sector, is seeking an experienced Wooden Carpentry Manager. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of GCC experience, including experience in Qatar, with a strong background in interior finishes and wooden carpentry management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the wooden carpentry division, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and timely project completion.
• Develop and implement carpentry production schedules and project plans.
• Supervise and lead the carpentry team, providing guidance and training to ensure best practices and high standards.
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and clients to meet project requirements and specifications.
• Ensure all carpentry work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment required for carpentry tasks, ensuring efficient use and maintenance.
• Inspect and review completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to carpentry work or project execution.
• Prepare and manage budgets, project costs, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of GCC experience, including experience in Qatar, in wooden carpentry and interior finishes.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes and carpentry techniques.
• Proven track record of managing carpentry projects and teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of carpentry materials, techniques, and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
