The Carpentry Supervisor will supervise shop-floor carpentry activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and timelines. The role involves managing carpenters, maintaining quality, and ensuring safe working practices.
• Supervise carpenters and daily workshop activities
• Ensure carpentry works meet quality and design standards
• Read and execute drawings and specifications accurately
• Monitor productivity and material usage
• Ensure safety rules and workshop discipline are followed
• Report progress to the Carpentry Manager
• Diploma or Trade Certificate in Carpentry / Joinery
• Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on carpentry experience
• At least 2–3 years in a supervisory role preferred
• Strong supervisory and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of carpentry tools, machinery, and materials
• Ability to manage manpower and meet deadlines
• Communication and problem-solving skills
