Job Description (2 Lines):
The Carpentry Manager will oversee overall workshop operations, production planning, and manpower management. The role ensures high-quality carpentry output, timely project delivery, and efficient use of materials and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily carpentry workshop operations and production schedules
• Supervise supervisors, foremen, and carpentry teams
• Plan workloads, manpower allocation, and material requirements
• Ensure quality standards, drawings, and specifications are followed
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and management
• Monitor productivity, cost control, and workshop safety
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Carpentry, Wood Technology, Civil, or related field
Experience:
• Minimum 7–10 years of carpentry / joinery experience
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong leadership and workshop management skills
• Excellent knowledge of joinery, furniture, and fit-out works
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
• Planning, coordination, and decision-making skills
