A leading manufacturing company in Qatar is looking to hire an experienced Male Production Supervisor with a background in the sheet metal industry. The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in production supervision, possess strong leadership skills, and be capable of overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily production operations in the sheet metal manufacturing unit.
- Ensure that production targets are met within the set timelines.
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment by enforcing health and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure that production schedules are followed and that materials are available for production.
- Collaborate with other departments such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics to meet business goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the sheet metal industry.

- Transferable visa is mandatory.
- Qatar driving license is preferred but not required.
